Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for AMIS products, aligning with JP Morgan Chase's broader asset management goals
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance to innovate and enhance AMIS capabilities
• Drive stakeholder engagement with internal clients, external partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure product success
• Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend product enhancements in the financial services sector
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for AMIS implementations, ensuring compliance with global standards
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence at JP Morgan Chase
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and analytics, reporting progress to senior leadership
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure seamless integration of AMIS with JP Morgan's core banking systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, program management, or strategic leadership within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering complex technology or product initiatives in asset management or investment services
• Deep understanding of Asset Management Information Systems (AMIS) and their integration with broader financial platforms
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the UK and EU financial markets, including MiFID II and GDPR
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives
