Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Markets Front Office teams to identify and implement business change initiatives for seamless onboarding of new processes or systems
  • Develop and execute change management plans to minimize disruptions during transitions, ensuring compliance with JP Morgan's risk and control standards
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business units, technology, and compliance to support effective service delivery
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for change projects, providing insights to senior management
  • Conduct impact assessments and training sessions for end-users affected by business changes
  • Support regulatory onboarding requirements, including documentation and audit trails for Markets activities
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency in the Front Office
  • Coordinate with global teams to align change initiatives with JP Morgan's broader strategic objectives
  • Manage documentation and knowledge transfer to ensure sustainability of implemented changes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business change management, project coordination, or onboarding within financial services
  • Strong understanding of Markets Front Office operations, including trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of financial regulations like MiFID II and EMIR relevant to UK markets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in JP Morgan Chase or similar investment banking environment
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (e.g., PMP)
