Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Process employee lifecycle events including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, data management, or employee records handling
  • Proficiency in HR information systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR and local Indian data protection laws
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive employee information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the financial services sector
