Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily valuation controls and reconciliations for client fund portfolios to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze pricing data for complex financial instruments, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including fund accounting, risk management, and compliance to resolve valuation issues
  • Monitor market data feeds and third-party pricing sources for reliability and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain valuation policies and procedures in alignment with JPMorgan Chase standards
  • Support month-end and quarter-end reporting processes, including NAV calculations
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of valuation models to mitigate operational risks
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulators on valuation-related inquiries
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the Global Fund Services team
  • Ensure adherence to global regulatory frameworks and internal control standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in fund accounting, valuation, or operations
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, including derivatives, equities, and fixed income
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GAAP, IFRS, and SEC guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fund services or asset management within a major financial institution
