Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate technology suppliers to meet JP Morgan Chase's procurement needs for software, hardware, and services
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that ensure cost efficiency, quality, and compliance with financial regulations
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to support technology initiatives across the organization
• Conduct market analysis and supplier assessments to mitigate risks in the financial services supply chain
• Collaborate with technology teams and stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives and innovation goals
• Monitor procurement performance metrics and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's ethical sourcing policies and regulatory requirements in technology acquisitions
• Support category management for technology spend, optimizing budgets in a dynamic financial environment
• Facilitate RFPs and supplier onboarding while maintaining data privacy and cybersecurity standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles, preferably in technology or financial services
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and vendor management in a regulated industry like banking
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to financial technology procurement, including data security and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced certification in Procurement (e.g., CIPS or CPSM)
• Experience in technology sourcing for financial institutions, including software and IT hardware
• Familiarity with global sourcing strategies and international trade regulations
