As an Analytics Advisor at the Executive Director level in Workforce Analytics, you will be the principal analytics partner to the Head of HR for Technology, based in our New York, NY office. In this strategic role, you will leverage advanced analytics to drive talent strategies that support our mission to deliver cutting-edge solutions in banking, investment, and asset management. Your work will directly influence key decisions on hiring, development, and retention, ensuring our technology teams remain agile and competitive in a rapidly evolving industry. Key to your success will be designing sophisticated workforce models that predict talent demands, identify skill shortages, and optimize diversity initiatives amid the regulatory complexities of financial services. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across HR, Technology, and Business units, using tools like SQL, Python, and Tableau to transform raw data into actionable insights on metrics such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance.
