Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to the Head of HR for Technology, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic workforce decisions

  • Analyze workforce trends, including attrition, diversity metrics, and skill gaps, to support organizational health in the financial services sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with business performance metrics for holistic reporting
  • Lead initiatives to enhance data governance and quality in HR systems, ensuring compliance with financial industry standards
  • Design and execute analytics projects that optimize talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for tech talent
