Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain self-service analytics tools using platforms like Tableau and Power BI to empower business users
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing validation processes and monitoring data pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cloud-based analytics solutions for workforce metrics
• Analyze workforce data to provide insights on employee performance, retention, and diversity initiatives
• Design and optimize dashboards for real-time reporting on key financial and operational KPIs
• Support data migration and integration projects in a secure, compliant manner
• Conduct root cause analysis on data discrepancies and recommend improvements
• Train end-users on analytics tools and best practices for self-service reporting

• Monitor and report on analytics solution performance, ensuring scalability for enterprise-level use

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data management within the financial services industry
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying for large datasets
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong understanding of data governance and quality assurance principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment like banking
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to relocate to Wilmington, DE
