Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of analytics and data visualization solutions to support strategic business decisions at JPMorgan Chase
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders in investment banking and commercial banking divisions
• Design and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex financial data for executive leadership
• Foster innovation within the analytics team by identifying emerging technologies and best practices in financial data analytics
• Ensure analytics solutions comply with regulatory requirements and JPMorgan Chase's data security protocols
• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and performance monitoring
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence in data-driven decision-making
• Analyze financial trends and metrics to provide actionable insights that enhance risk assessment and portfolio management
• Integrate AI and machine learning models into visualization tools to improve predictive analytics for client services
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of analytics solutions to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced banking environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading analytics projects that drive business decisions in a banking or investment environment
• Strong understanding of financial data, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, SOX), and risk management principles
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration in a global financial institution
• Proficiency in data governance and ensuring data quality in high-stakes financial analytics
• Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to JPMorgan Chase's ethical standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate or equivalent)
• Experience working with JPMorgan Chase's internal tools or similar enterprise systems in banking
• Background in machine learning applications for financial forecasting or fraud detection
• Prior leadership role in delivering analytics solutions for investment banking or asset management
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure used in financial data processing

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying and analysis in financial datasets
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
• Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and data mining techniques
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud-based analytics platforms
