Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions to support the Global Bank's strategic initiatives, focusing on data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to identify analytics needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee the integration of advanced analytics tools, including machine learning models, to optimize risk assessment and client servicing in financial products
• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan Chase's technology standards and regulatory compliance
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts and data engineers, fostering a culture of innovation within the Analytics Solutions & Delivery group
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of deployed solutions, iterating based on feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with technology teams to implement scalable data infrastructure, leveraging cloud-based platforms for real-time analytics
• Contribute to the development of best practices for analytics governance, ensuring data quality and security in line with firm-wide policies
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions in the Global Bank division

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data management, or solutions delivery within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in developing and implementing analytics solutions for banking operations
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services, including data privacy and compliance standards like GDPR and Basel III
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into actionable analytics strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, or Business Administration
• Prior experience at a major financial institution, ideally in investment banking or global markets
• Certification in data analytics (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics)
• Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase's internal tools and systems, such as proprietary risk management platforms
