Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions to drive business insights and operational efficiency in JP Morgan Chase's Corporate & Investment Bank
• Initiate and champion strategic decisions around data architecture, ensuring alignment with firm-wide innovation goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to shape data-driven innovation
• Oversee the delivery of analytics projects, from ideation to deployment, focusing on scalable solutions for financial services challenges
• Mentor and develop team members in a growth-focused environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends in market risks, customer behaviors, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data management, or technology solutions within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in delivering data-driven analytics projects
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in banking, such as GDPR, CCPA, and Basel III
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management in high-stakes financial environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions at the executive level in a global organization

Preferred Qualifications
