Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of resiliency risks in business units, ensuring alignment with firm-wide risk management policies
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate resiliency into strategic planning and support regulatory compliance in APAC jurisdictions
  • Drive the design and implementation of business continuity plans, crisis response protocols, and recovery strategies for critical financial services
  • Conduct regular resiliency testing, including scenario-based simulations and stress tests, to evaluate and improve preparedness
  • Provide expert guidance on emerging risks such as cyber threats, geopolitical disruptions, and supply chain vulnerabilities in the APAC region
  • Foster a culture of resiliency through training programs, awareness initiatives, and cross-functional partnerships within JP Morgan Chase

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational resiliency, business continuity, or risk management within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading resiliency programs in a regional or global financial institution
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for operational resilience in APAC, including those from MAS, HKMA, and other relevant bodies
  • Experience in crisis management and incident response in a high-stakes financial environment
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries in the APAC region
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or another APAC language is advantageous

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Risk Management) from a recognized institution
