Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for APAC change initiatives, ensuring alignment with JP Morgan Chase's strategic objectives in financial services
  • Develop and execute program roadmaps, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple concurrent projects
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across APAC regions to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate risks in banking operations
  • Drive change management processes, including stakeholder engagement and training to facilitate smooth adoption of new financial systems and processes
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with APAC regulatory requirements and JP Morgan's internal governance standards in all project activities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by integrating best practices from global JP Morgan teams into local APAC initiatives
  • Mentor junior project managers and build high-performing teams to support the firm's growth in the financial sector
  • Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency in areas like trade finance, wealth management, and corporate banking

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on APAC operations
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale change management initiatives in banking or investment services
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in APAC financial markets, including knowledge of Basel III and local banking regulations
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a global financial institution
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is advantageous
