Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding processes for APAC clients across JP Morgan's product suite, including wealth management and investment banking
  • Conduct KYC/AML due diligence to ensure compliance with global and regional regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve onboarding issues and enhance client experience
  • Utilize JP Morgan's proprietary platforms to input and verify client data accurately
  • Monitor and report on onboarding metrics to support operational efficiency and risk management
  • Support client queries and escalations, providing timely resolutions to maintain high service standards
  • Contribute to process improvements and training initiatives for the APAC onboarding team
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's policies on data privacy and cybersecurity during onboarding
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes in APAC markets

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, or AML processes within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of APAC regulatory requirements, including MAS guidelines and FATCA/CRS compliance
  • Proficiency in client data management systems and onboarding platforms
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is advantageous
  • Ability to handle sensitive client information with strict confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working at a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Certification in AML/KYC (e.g., CAMS or equivalent)
  • Prior exposure to wealth management or investment banking onboarding
