Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC Deal Governance and Pricing Team, overseeing day-to-day operations and strategic direction for payments-related deals
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for APAC payments products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability in line with JP Morgan Chase's global standards
  • Govern the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from negotiation to execution, while mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, risk, and compliance to align on deal objectives and governance protocols
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes to recommend enhancements to payments offerings

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in payments, deal governance, pricing strategies, or related areas within the financial services industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a high-stakes financial environment, ideally in APAC markets
  • Deep knowledge of APAC regulatory frameworks for payments and financial transactions, including compliance with MAS and other regional bodies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, pricing optimization, and risk assessment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is advantageous
