Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for APAC prime brokerage clients, managing margin inquiries, collateral valuations, and dispute resolutions
  • Monitor and analyze client margin positions to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with front office, operations, and technology teams to enhance client service delivery and implement technology-driven improvements
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on margin exposures, risk metrics, and performance analytics to clients and senior management
  • Identify opportunities to refine customer experiences, driving growth through personalized and efficient service solutions
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, including documentation review and setup of margin facilities
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to mitigate risks and optimize collateral usage
  • Support ad-hoc projects related to product development and regulatory changes in the APAC region
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and contribute to audit processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in middle office operations, margin management, or prime brokerage within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of APAC regulatory requirements for prime brokerage and margin financing
  • Proficiency in financial products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, and collateral management
  • Experience with client-facing roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous for APAC client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
  • Prior experience at a global investment bank such as JP Morgan Chase or similar
