Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders in New York and London to align APAC activities with global JP Morgan Chase priorities
  • Manage risk, compliance, and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in key APAC markets like Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business efficiency and support revenue growth
  • Foster cross-regional partnerships, coordinating with front-office, middle-office, and support functions to enhance operational resilience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in business management, strategic planning, or operations within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in a multinational banking environment, with specific experience in Treasury or Investment Office functions
  • Deep understanding of APAC financial markets, regulatory landscapes, and risk management practices
  • Strong project management experience, including the ability to drive strategic initiatives from inception to execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing with senior executives and regulators
