Key Responsibilities

• Lead the business management function for Treasury and Chief Investment Office (CIO) across APAC, overseeing strategy, operations, and performance metrics
• Drive strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and technology integration tailored to APAC financial landscapes
• Collaborate with senior leaders in New York and London to align APAC activities with global JP Morgan Chase priorities
• Manage risk, compliance, and governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements in key APAC markets like Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize business efficiency and support revenue growth
• Foster cross-regional partnerships, coordinating with front-office, middle-office, and support functions to enhance operational resilience
• Lead talent management efforts, including recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams in a diverse APAC workforce
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights on market trends, competitive analysis, and business opportunities
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management for APAC Treasury and CIO operations
• Champion innovation and process improvements, leveraging JP Morgan's technology platforms to drive efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in business management, strategic planning, or operations within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in a multinational banking environment, with specific experience in Treasury or Investment Office functions
• Deep understanding of APAC financial markets, regulatory landscapes, and risk management practices
• Strong project management experience, including the ability to drive strategic initiatives from inception to execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interfacing with senior executives and regulators
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with a focus on compliance and governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase, with exposure to Treasury and Chief Investment Office operations
• Knowledge of APAC-specific regulations such as those from MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) and HKMA (Hong Kong Monetary Authority)
• Prior leadership role in business transformation or digital initiatives within financial services
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin or another APAC language
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent certification in finance or risk management
