Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover and analyze customer requirements for treasury services payments products in the APAC region
  • Drive the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation and launch
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards and client needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to recommend enhancements to payment solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagements, including clients, internal partners, and senior leadership, to align on product roadmaps
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features
  • Support the development of scalable, secure payment infrastructures tailored to APAC markets
  • Track product performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the product organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management, payments, or treasury services within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of APAC regulatory environments and payment systems such as SWIFT, SEPA, or local clearing networks
  • Proven track record of delivering product solutions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across multiple time zones in the APAC region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of emerging payment technologies like real-time payments, blockchain, or API integrations
