Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in applications support or technology support roles within a financial services environment

  • Strong understanding of banking applications, middleware, and database systems
  • Experience with incident management, change management, and problem resolution processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment with on-call rotations
