Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy high-quality machine learning models to support predictive analytics in core engineering initiatives at JPMorgan Chase
• Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines for handling large-scale financial datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into banking products and services
• Conduct model validation, testing, and optimization to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Analyze complex financial data to identify patterns and build predictive models for risk assessment and customer insights
• Maintain and monitor ML models in production environments, addressing performance issues and scaling needs
• Contribute to the innovation of AI-driven tools that enhance operational efficiency in the financial services industry
• Document technical processes and mentor junior associates on best practices in applied AI/ML
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and apply them to solve real-world challenges in banking
• Ensure all AI developments adhere to JPMorgan Chase's data privacy and ethical AI guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment
• Proficiency in Python or Java for building scalable AI/ML solutions
• Strong understanding of data processing pipelines and ETL processes in cloud environments
• Experience with financial datasets or risk modeling in the banking sector
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile teams within a large financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD) in AI/ML or related discipline
• Experience with AI applications in fraud detection or predictive analytics for financial services
