Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee client accounts to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
  • Provide dedicated client advisory support, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related issues

  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment processes and enhance client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular account reviews and prepare reports on payment performance metrics
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including setup of payment services and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for upselling JPMorgan Chase payment solutions to existing clients
  • Handle escalations and disputes related to payment discrepancies or delays
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends in Argentina's financial services landscape
  • Support audit and risk management activities for client payment portfolios

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in client service, payments processing, or financial operations within the banking sector
  • Strong understanding of international payment systems and regulatory requirements in Latin America
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
