Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI engagement strategies to align with JP Morgan Chase's business objectives in wealth management, investment banking, and consumer banking
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement AI initiatives that drive operational efficiency and innovation in financial services
• Collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders to translate strategic AI visions into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Oversee the lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and performance monitoring in a secure banking environment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical AI practices specific to the financial industry, mitigating risks in data privacy and bias
• Foster partnerships with internal AI research teams and external vendors to integrate cutting-edge technologies like predictive analytics for fraud detection
• Monitor AI program performance using KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize impact on firm-wide goals
• Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of AI literacy across JP Morgan Chase's global operations
• Identify emerging AI trends in finance, such as algorithmic trading or personalized customer experiences, and propose adoption strategies
• Manage budgets and resources for AI engagements, ensuring cost-effective delivery of high-value projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or technology program management within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven initiatives in a regulated environment like banking
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications
• Experience with stakeholder engagement at executive levels in large financial institutions
• Knowledge of financial regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and banking-specific AI governance frameworks
• Excellent project management skills with certifications like PMP or Agile/Scrum preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's in AI/Data Science from a reputable institution
• Prior experience at a major financial firm like JP Morgan Chase or similar, focusing on AI transformation projects
