Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic regulatory projects to ensure compliance with APAC financial regulations and drive system enhancements
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for finance regulatory systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across JP Morgan Chase's Asia Pacific teams to identify innovation opportunities in finance technology
• Conduct gap analyses on existing systems and recommend improvements for regulatory reporting accuracy
• Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with regulatory experts and business units
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and mitigate risks in a fast-paced banking environment
• Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with a focus on regulatory systems
• Proven track record in leading regulatory projects within the Asia Pacific region
• Strong understanding of financial regulations such as Basel III, MAS guidelines, and APAC-specific compliance frameworks
• Experience with finance systems like core banking platforms or regulatory reporting tools
