Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth for J.P. Morgan Private Bank in the Hong Kong and Philippines markets
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the APAC private banking sector
• Collaborate with regional teams to align on sales targets, client acquisition, and product offerings
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and competitive landscape to optimize business operations
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, clients, and internal partners
• Support the integration of new initiatives, such as digital banking tools and sustainable investment products
• Prepare executive reports and presentations on market trends and business performance for senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan's risk management frameworks and local regulatory requirements
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development within the APAC business management team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business management, strategy, or operations within the financial services industry, preferably in private banking
• Proven track record in market analysis and business development in the Asia-Pacific region
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments in Hong Kong and the Philippines
• Excellent proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly desirable
• Ability to travel frequently within APAC as needed

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related discipline
