Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic tax advice to Asset Management, Global Equities, and Prime Finance teams on regional tax planning, compliance, and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze and interpret complex tax regulations across Asia-Pacific jurisdictions to support business initiatives, including fund structuring and cross-border transactions
  • Collaborate with global tax teams at JP Morgan Chase to ensure alignment with corporate tax policies and mitigate risks in equities and prime finance operations
  • Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns, provisions, and disclosures for regional entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct tax due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and new product launches in asset management and equities
  • Monitor legislative changes in Hong Kong and key Asian markets, advising on impacts to JP Morgan's business lines
  • Support internal training and knowledge sharing on tax matters for business stakeholders

Required Qualifications
