Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform updates and new features
  • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and security
  • Assist in integrating 55IP with JPMorgan Chase's broader asset management ecosystem
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
  • Contribute to compliance and risk management efforts specific to platform operations
  • Participate in vendor management and coordination for third-party integrations
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics for senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in asset management, investment platforms, or financial technology
  • Strong understanding of investment management processes, including portfolio management and risk assessment
  • Proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling tools
  • Experience with platform management or software implementation in a financial services environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
