Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trading strategies for the 55ip platform, focusing on fixed income and multi-asset portfolios
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to optimize trade execution and minimize market impact
• Analyze market data and quantitative models to enhance strategy performance and risk management
• Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies and automation into trade implementation processes
• Monitor and report on portfolio performance metrics, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure all strategies adhere to JP Morgan Chase's internal policies
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities to expand 55ip's client base in asset management
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation within the Boston-based 55ip team
• Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for trade strategies under various market conditions
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting asset management practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in asset management, trading, or investment strategy within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in trade implementation, portfolio optimization, or quantitative strategy development
• Strong understanding of fixed income markets, derivatives, and asset allocation principles
• Experience with regulatory compliance in asset management, including SEC and FINRA requirements
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools relevant to investment strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in a major financial institution

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
• Prior experience at a leading asset management firm or investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
