Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of alternative solutions fund creation, from concept development to launch and ongoing management
• Collaborate with investment teams, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless fund implementation and adherence to regulatory standards
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver funds efficiently within JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management division
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with fund structuring, including market, operational, and compliance risks
• Develop and implement strategies for fund onboarding, investor documentation, and distribution channels
• Monitor post-launch performance and coordinate enhancements or modifications to alternative fund products
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align fund initiatives with broader business objectives in the financial services sector
• Utilize data analytics to optimize fund implementation processes and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure all fund activities comply with JP Morgan Chase's internal policies and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in asset management, fund operations, or alternative investments within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in fund implementation, product development, or launch processes for alternative investment vehicles
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SEC regulations, Dodd-Frank, and alternative fund structures like hedge funds or private equity
• Experience with end-to-end fund lifecycle management, from inception to operational setup
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams involving legal, compliance, operations, and investment professionals
• Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like Agile, Jira, or Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) designation
• Prior experience at a major financial institution such as JP Morgan Chase or similar in alternative solutions product development
• Knowledge of global fund distribution and investor relations in alternative assets
• Familiarity with technology integration in fund platforms, including data analytics and automation tools
