Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations for legal entities within the Alternatives portfolio, including fund onboarding and maintenance
  • Partner with business leaders to execute operational strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Process and reconcile transactions for alternative investments, such as private equity and hedge funds
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators for core operations to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and front-office, to resolve operational issues
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in legal entity management
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and audit support for alternatives operations
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure accurate NAV calculations and investor reporting for alternative funds

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, asset management, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of legal entity management and regulatory compliance in alternatives investments
