  • Lead the end-to-end project management of institutional and strategic client mandate implementations in APAC
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, compliance, and legal to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Assess client needs and develop customized onboarding plans aligned with JP Morgan's asset management standards
  • Monitor and mitigate risks during the onboarding process, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with APAC clients to facilitate smooth transitions and ongoing support
  • Utilize JP Morgan's proprietary tools to track progress, generate reports, and resolve implementation issues
  • Collaborate with regional teams in Sydney to drive efficiency in client onboarding workflows
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices in asset management onboarding

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in client onboarding, project management, or operations within asset management or financial services
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end implementation of institutional client mandates in the APAC region
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for asset management in Australia and APAC markets
  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar financial platforms for client data management
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other APAC languages is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
  • Prior experience in sales support roles within a global investment bank like JP Morgan Chase
  • Certification in project management (PMP) or financial services (e.g., CFA Level II)
