Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects to drive business transformation initiatives within JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management division
  • Conduct business analysis to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies in North American asset management operations
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement strategic roadmaps for digital and operational enhancements
  • Analyze market trends and regulatory changes to recommend transformative solutions that enhance client value and risk management
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery of transformation programs
  • Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from business units to support agile transformation efforts
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for transformation projects, providing insights to leadership
  • Support the integration of new technologies, such as AI and data analytics, into asset management workflows
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout project lifecycles
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in the Business Transformation team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management or business analysis within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of managing complex transformation projects in asset management or investment banking
  • Strong understanding of asset management operations, including portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and client servicing
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or related field
  • Experience with agile methodologies or digital transformation initiatives in asset management
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SEC, Dodd-Frank, or MiFID II
