Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key intermediaries in China, including banks, wealth managers, and distribution platforms
  • Drive asset management product sales and achieve growth targets by identifying new business opportunities
  • Provide tailored advisory services on JP Morgan's investment solutions to meet client needs in the Chinese market
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and compliance, to deliver seamless client experiences
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and product positioning
  • Organize client events, seminars, and presentations to promote JP Morgan's asset management offerings
  • Monitor regulatory changes in China and ensure all activities comply with local and global standards
  • Track client portfolios and provide performance updates to support retention and expansion
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales collateral specific to the Chinese intermediary channel

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in asset management, client advisory, or intermediary sales within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese financial markets, regulatory environment, and intermediary landscape
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and sales in a competitive market
  • Knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on compliance and risk management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications such as CFA or CFP
  • Experience working with institutional intermediaries in Greater China or Asia-Pacific region
  • Familiarity with JP Morgan Chase's asset management products and platforms

  • Proficiency in Cantonese or additional Asian languages for enhanced client engagement
