Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for asset management clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Manage client relationships by conducting regular portfolio reviews, performance reporting, and personalized advisory sessions
  • Collaborate with investment teams to provide clients with insights on market trends, investment strategies, and product recommendations
  • Facilitate client onboarding processes, including documentation, KYC compliance, and account setup in line with JP Morgan's standards
  • Monitor client portfolios for performance, risk, and compliance, escalating any concerns to senior management
  • Prepare and deliver customized reports, presentations, and communications tailored to client needs
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying cross-selling opportunities for JP Morgan's wealth management and banking services
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and contributing to audit processes
  • Participate in client events, seminars, and training sessions to enhance JP Morgan's brand presence in the Italian market

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service, relationship management, or asset management within the financial services industry
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are advantageous
  • Strong understanding of asset management products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EU financial markets, such as MiFID II and AIFMD
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA Level 1 or CISI
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or institutional clients in Europe
