Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for US intermediary clients in the Asset Management division
  • Ensure all contracts comply with JP Morgan Chase policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business teams to manage contract approvals and amendments
  • Monitor contract performance and resolve issues related to client service agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts using internal systems and databases
  • Provide guidance to client service teams on contract terms and obligations
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contract processes and improve efficiency
  • Support audits and reporting on contract portfolios for risk management
  • Assist in onboarding new intermediary clients by preparing necessary contractual documentation
  • Stay updated on changes in financial regulations impacting asset management contracts

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or client services within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of US financial regulations, including SEC rules and intermediary agreements
  • Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interactions
