Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA-based clients in the Asset Management division, managing inquiries and ensuring timely resolution
  • Drive end-to-end client servicing processes, from onboarding to ongoing portfolio support, to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with global teams in the Client Advisory Management (CAM) Center of Excellence to standardize and streamline operational workflows
  • Resolve complex client queries related to account management, performance reporting, and transaction processing
  • Analyze client feedback and service metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement process enhancements
  • Support sales and relationship management teams by providing accurate data and insights on client needs
  • Ensure compliance with JP Morgan Chase's policies and EMEA regulatory requirements in all client interactions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive client profiles and service documentation within internal systems
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to integrate new technologies for improved client experience
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client servicing to senior management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or operations within the asset management or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of asset management products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Proficiency in client relationship management systems and CRM tools
  • Excellent command of English; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) highly beneficial for EMEA focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-time zone collaboration
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA Level 1 or equivalent financial qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Center of Excellence (COE) or shared services environment within a global financial institution
  • Knowledge of EMEA regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II and GDPR
  • Prior exposure to JP Morgan Chase's asset management platforms or similar enterprise systems
