Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity controls for JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management Technology team in Shanghai
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability scans on financial systems to ensure compliance with global regulatory standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into asset management software development lifecycle
• Develop and execute incident response plans for cybersecurity threats targeting investment portfolios and client data
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in advanced cybersecurity techniques tailored to financial services
• Monitor emerging threats in the financial sector and recommend proactive defenses for JP Morgan's infrastructure
• Oversee security audits and penetration testing for cloud-based asset management platforms
• Ensure adherence to JP Morgan's internal policies and international data protection laws in APAC operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role within the financial services industry
• Proven track record of leading cybersecurity initiatives in asset management or similar high-stakes financial environments
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, and financial-specific regulations like SEC cybersecurity rules
• Experience with cloud security architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and securing financial data in hybrid environments
• Strong understanding of threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and incident response in a global banking context
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH

Preferred Qualifications
