Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of the derivatives platform within JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management division, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs
• Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and technology teams to define product requirements and prioritize features for derivatives trading and risk management
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and design to testing, launch, and ongoing optimization
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and internal risk policies for derivatives products
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies like AI and machine learning into the platform to improve efficiency and analytics
• Manage stakeholder relationships across front office, middle office, and operations to deliver seamless platform functionality
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to position JP Morgan's derivatives platform as a market leader
• Monitor platform performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product improvements
• Facilitate agile sprints and ceremonies to accelerate development timelines while maintaining quality
• Contribute to strategic planning for asset management technology initiatives in the EMEA region

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or asset management
• Proven experience with derivatives products, including options, futures, swaps, and structured products
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as MiFID II, EMIR, and Dodd-Frank in the derivatives space
• Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage platform development projects from inception to deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) or relevant certifications like CFA or FRM
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JP Morgan Chase in asset management or trading systems
• Hands-on experience with derivatives trading platforms such as Murex, Calypso, or Bloomberg
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and API integrations in financial technology
• Experience leading product roadmaps for high-stakes financial platforms

• Expertise in derivatives instruments and their pricing, hedging, and risk management
