Key Responsibilities

  • Support the online marketing and distribution of ETF products through digital channels and platforms
  • Monitor and analyze online performance metrics for ETF campaigns, providing insights to optimize engagement
  • Collaborate with client service teams to ensure seamless online interactions and query resolution for ETF investors
  • Develop and execute content strategies for ETF promotions on social media, websites, and email campaigns
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of online tools and resources for ETF product education
  • Track regulatory compliance for all online ETF marketing activities in the Shanghai market
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including product managers and IT teams, to enhance online operational efficiency
  • Generate reports on online ETF operations, highlighting key trends and recommendations for improvement
  • Support client onboarding and education for ETF investments via digital interfaces

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management or ETF operations
  • Strong understanding of ETF products, online marketing strategies, and digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools and CRM systems in a client-facing role
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Chinese financial market, including CSRC guidelines

  • Master's degree in Finance or Marketing
