Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for ETF platform initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery within JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management division
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, operations, compliance, and technology to drive ETF business growth in the APAC region
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects meet strategic objectives and regulatory standards
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with ETF launches, platform upgrades, and market expansions in Shanghai and broader China markets
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement with internal JP Morgan teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies like the CSRC
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and challenges
• Drive process improvements in ETF operations, leveraging JP Morgan's global best practices to enhance efficiency and innovation
• Support ETF product strategy by contributing to feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
• Ensure all projects adhere to JP Morgan Chase's risk management frameworks and data security protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a focus on asset management or ETFs
• Proven track record of leading complex projects in ETF product development, platform enhancements, or market launches
• Strong understanding of ETF structures, regulatory requirements in China and globally, and asset management operations
• Experience working in a multinational financial institution, ideally with exposure to APAC markets
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ETF platform development or integration at a tier-1 asset manager like JP Morgan Chase
• Knowledge of Chinese securities regulations (e.g., CSRC guidelines) and cross-border investment frameworks
• Prior leadership of agile or hybrid project methodologies in financial technology implementations
• Background in risk management and compliance for ETF products
• Familiarity with data analytics tools for project tracking and performance measurement
