Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage ETF portfolios aligned with J.P. Morgan's investment strategies and client objectives
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify opportunities in equity, fixed income, and multi-asset ETFs
  • Monitor portfolio performance, implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with sales, research, and product teams to launch and promote ETF products in the Shanghai market
  • Perform quantitative analysis using financial models to optimize asset allocation and rebalancing
  • Engage with institutional clients and stakeholders to provide insights on ETF performance and market trends
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes in China and globally, adapting strategies accordingly
  • Contribute to the firm's thought leadership through reports and presentations on ETF innovations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, with a focus on ETFs or fixed income/equity products
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets, ETF structures, and regulatory requirements in China and internationally
  • Proven track record in managing ETF portfolios, including performance analysis and risk assessment
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent communication skills for cross-border collaboration
  • Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a multinational financial institution, preferably in asset management
