Key Responsibilities

• Advise Chief Financial Officers and senior leadership on expense planning, budgeting, and headcount management strategies within JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management division
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast expenses and analyze variances against budgets
• Collaborate with business units to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement expense control measures
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance, trends, and recommendations for executive review
• Monitor headcount planning, including recruitment forecasts and workforce optimization across global teams
• Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for expense impacts under various market conditions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial reporting
• Partner with technology and operations teams to integrate expense data into enterprise systems
• Lead annual budgeting processes and mid-year reforecasts for the Asset Management business
• Provide insights on expense allocation to support strategic decision-making and profitability goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, expense management, or related roles within the financial services industry
• Proven track record in advising senior executives, including CFOs, on expense and headcount optimization
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools
• Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in asset management or banking sectors
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or Oracle
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Economics
