Key Responsibilities

  • Advise Chief Financial Officers and senior leadership on expense planning, budgeting, and headcount management strategies within JP Morgan Chase's Asset Management division

  • Collaborate with business units to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement expense control measures
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on financial performance, trends, and recommendations for executive review

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, expense management, or related roles within the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in advising senior executives, including CFOs, on expense and headcount optimization
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools
  • Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance in asset management or banking sectors
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial software such as SAP or Oracle
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent
