Key Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to financial advisors by processing client transactions, account inquiries, and service requests efficiently
  • Assist in resolving complex shareholder issues related to asset management products, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client servicing, including onboarding new advisor relationships
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics for advisor services, identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with SEC, FINRA, and internal JP Morgan Chase policies in all client interactions
  • Educate financial advisors on JP Morgan's asset management offerings, tools, and resources to enhance their advisory capabilities
  • Handle inbound calls and emails from advisors, providing product information and troubleshooting support
  • Contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency in the Shareholder Services group
  • Analyze client data to support personalized service strategies and advisor retention efforts
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends and JP Morgan's evolving service protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, client servicing, or asset management support
  • Strong understanding of financial products, including mutual funds, ETFs, and investment advisory services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to obtain relevant securities licenses (e.g., Series 7 and Series 63) within the first 120 days
  • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements in the financial industry
