Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver tailored fixed income investment strategies to high-net-worth and institutional clients in Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and provide insights on fixed income opportunities, risks, and trends
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to construct and optimize fixed income portfolios aligned with client objectives
• Advise clients on asset allocation, duration management, and credit selection within fixed income assets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities to expand J.P. Morgan's asset management services
• Prepare and present investment recommendations, performance reports, and market updates to clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance in all client advisory activities
• Contribute to the development of innovative fixed income products and solutions for the Asia-Pacific market
• Participate in client meetings, roadshows, and industry events to promote J.P. Morgan's fixed income expertise
• Support the team in achieving revenue targets through effective client engagement and portfolio growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in fixed income investments, portfolio management, or client advisory within asset management
• Deep knowledge of fixed income markets, including bonds, credit products, and interest rate derivatives
• Proven track record in advising high-net-worth clients or institutional investors on fixed income strategies
• Relevant professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager)
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific financial markets
• Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, with excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Finance) from a recognized institution
• Experience working at a leading global investment bank or asset management firm
• Familiarity with sustainable and ESG-focused fixed income investments
• Prior involvement in product development for fixed income solutions
• Network of contacts among institutional investors in the Asia-Pacific region
