Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on fixed income securities, including credit analysis and yield curve modeling
  • Develop investment recommendations and reports for portfolio managers and clients
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends and their impact on fixed income markets, with a focus on China and Asia-Pacific regions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support asset allocation strategies
  • Utilize quantitative tools to build and maintain financial models for bond valuation and risk assessment
  • Prepare presentations and insights for internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes in fixed income markets and ensure compliance
  • Assist in due diligence processes for new investment opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of research publications and market commentaries

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fixed income research or related financial analysis
  • Strong understanding of fixed income markets, including bonds, credit instruments, and interest rate derivatives
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Shanghai

  • Master's degree or MBA in Finance or Economics
  • Experience with Bloomberg terminals or similar financial data platforms
  • Prior internship or role at a major investment bank or asset management firm
