Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal clients, providing tailored asset management advice and solutions
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams to develop customized investment strategies aligned with client goals
  • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze client portfolios, market conditions, and performance metrics to recommend adjustments and enhancements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across JP Morgan Chase divisions
  • Support business development efforts by identifying cross-selling opportunities for JP Morgan's full suite of financial products
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FINRA and SEC guidelines, in all client interactions
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation on client accounts, performance, and advisory activities
  • Participate in team initiatives to enhance client service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and JP Morgan's proprietary research to inform client advice

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, financial advisory, or client-facing roles within the financial services industry
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
  • Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and market trends
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a high-net-worth or institutional environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFA designation
  • Experience working with internal clients or within a large financial institution like JP Morgan Chase
