Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal clients, including financial advisors and relationship managers, to promote JP Morgan Asset Management products
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive asset inflows and meet quarterly revenue goals
  • Conduct product training sessions and webinars for internal teams to enhance product knowledge and adoption
  • Analyze client needs and recommend tailored investment solutions from JP Morgan's portfolio
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and research teams to provide timely market insights and updates
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and performance metrics
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, financial advisory, or client-facing sales roles within the financial services industry
  • Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or equivalent FINRA registrations)
  • Strong understanding of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, and alternative investments
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a focus on compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree such as MBA or CFA designation
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or institutional investors at a major financial institution
