Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI strategies for J.P. Morgan Asset Management's investment platform, focusing on enhancing portfolio optimization, risk assessment, and client insights
• Collaborate with investment teams, data scientists, and engineers to define product roadmaps that integrate AI into core asset management workflows
• Act as the primary owner for AI products, managing the full lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to deployment and iteration
• Ensure AI solutions comply with financial regulations and internal governance standards, mitigating risks in model deployment
• Drive cross-functional partnerships across J.P. Morgan's global teams to scale AI capabilities, including integration with existing platforms like Aladdin
• Monitor emerging AI trends and technologies to recommend innovative applications that deliver competitive advantages in asset management
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including presentations to senior leadership on AI product performance and ROI
• Oversee agile sprints and resource allocation for AI development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features
• Champion AI literacy and adoption within the organization through training and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (Master's or MBA) preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product ownership, AI/ML product management, or technology roles within financial services
• Proven track record of leading AI initiatives in asset management or investment platforms, with deep understanding of regulatory requirements like GDPR and MiFID II
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI applications in finance
• Experience in agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership in a global financial institution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders in investment teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a top-tier investment bank or asset management firm, ideally with exposure to J.P. Morgan's technology stack
• Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer) or product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner)
• Background in quantitative finance or data analytics within asset management, with familiarity in tools like Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Prior involvement in AI ethics and bias mitigation projects in regulated environments
