Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end trade management process for asset management portfolios, including trade capture, validation, and confirmation
  • Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor and resolve trade breaks, exceptions, and discrepancies in collaboration with front office and operations teams
  • Assist in the implementation of new trading systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Provide analytical support for portfolio performance reporting and risk assessments
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory standards, and JP Morgan Chase policies
  • Collaborate with global teams to support business growth initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects, such as system migrations or regulatory change implementations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of trade activities and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in middle office operations, trade support, or asset management within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives
  • Proficiency in trade lifecycle management and reconciliation processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar investment banking platforms
