In this role, you will handle the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission and other APAC regulators, while maintaining client accounts through meticulous onboarding, updates, and reconciliations. Your responsibilities will extend to overseeing the APAC fee billing cycle, from calculation to invoicing and resolution of discrepancies, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance and operational integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to Taiwan and APAC authorities, ensuring compliance with local and international standards
  • Maintain and update client accounts, including onboarding, amendments, and reconciliation of investment positions
  • Oversee the end-to-end APAC fee billing process, including calculation, invoicing, and dispute resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as portfolio managers and compliance to support fund servicing operations
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues related to trade settlements, NAV calculations, and data integrity
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in core operations within the Asset Management division
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on operational outputs to minimize errors and risks
  • Liaise with external vendors and regulators to facilitate smooth reporting and account management
  • Support ad-hoc projects, such as system migrations or regulatory change implementations
  • Ensure adherence to JP Morgan Chase's risk management and control frameworks in all activities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management operations, fund servicing, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements in the APAC region, including Taiwan-specific regulations
  • Proficiency in account maintenance processes for investment funds and client portfolios
  • Experience with fee billing and reconciliation in asset management environments
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certification such as CFA, FRM, or CPA
  • Prior experience with JP Morgan Chase systems or similar financial platforms
