Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 production support for asset management technology platforms, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability
• Monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and perform root cause analysis for incidents
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to resolve production issues and implement fixes
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline support processes and reduce manual interventions
• Ensure compliance with JPMorgan's security standards and financial regulatory requirements
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for critical systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including tool enhancements and process optimizations
• Document support activities, create knowledge base articles, and train junior team members
• Work with global stakeholders in Shanghai and other JPMorgan hubs to align on technology operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production support engineering within financial services or asset management
• Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, and problem resolution in a high-stakes environment
• Proficiency in monitoring tools and scripting languages for automation
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure in a regulated industry
• Ability to work in a global team across multiple time zones
• Relevant certifications like ITIL or CompTIA Security+

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical discipline
• Prior experience at a major financial institution like JPMorgan Chase
• Knowledge of asset management systems and financial regulations (e.g., SEC, MiFID)
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Fluency in Mandarin and English

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar programming languages for scripting and automation
• Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Nagios
